Come Back Clean is looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals who take pride in their work and want to grow with our team. We offer 30–40 hours per week with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Professional residential cleaning experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. Bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn—we’ll provide the paid training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

You’ll clean clients’ homes throughout the Baton Rouge area, working independently or alongside another team member. Duties include:

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning household surfaces
• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Completing routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings
• Following company checklists and checking your work before leaving
• Caring for cleaning supplies, equipment, and clients’ belongings
• Arriving on time and communicating with your team

Requirements

• Monday–Friday daytime availability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and perform regular bending, kneeling, reaching, vacuuming, and mopping
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for work instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
